Shipping policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery (U.S. orders):
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high-demand periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally. We hope to expand in the future — check back for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days of the expected delivery date, please contact us at support.pawlth@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
